It’s no secret that I love the Toledo local music scene. I’ve been going to shows since I was 14 years old (RIP Whit’s End). I am married to a local musician (who is currently in 3 bands) and worked at a music equipment store for 9 years. I cannot explain how excited I get when asked to help create new content and promo photos for area bands.
I’d photographed Noisy Neighbors before (for fun) while attending the Hollywood Casino battle of the bands last year. They’re pretty awesome and I had all these ideas of different shots to give them. I’ll admit, the day we chose was CRAZY windy and that alleyway should be labeled a wind tunnel. We froze…but we crushed it.
Here are a few of my favorites from their session.

P.S. When I stand like that, it’s like a standing plank. 😂 My stomach was worked out by the end of this shoot and my legs were chapped from the wind. Worth it.
