It’s been a crazy awesome couple of weeks. I finished some senior photos up. I completed one of my favorite no frills, lifestyle newborn sessions for an awesome couple (they’re internet famous for their ice, ice, baby birth announcement). A fellow photographer (not competitor) and I traveled a little south and attended a workshop. I listened to probably a dozen webinars (yay, internets!). I got asked to document one of my favorite events, Handmade Toledo’s Makers Mart on 4-19 Day (look it up and don’t miss the next one in November)! I booked a quinceanera (a first for me) for a really awesome girl.
What all this has shown me is I’ve been working daily to make myself a better business person…not to bring in more business, but to make sure my business represents who I am and that I draw in customers who are like minded. I am so excited to meet new people and build relationships with them through my photography and the various things that connect us: love for art, tattoo story telling, passion for music, and addiction to pop culture.
